The location and the views from the property are just amazing. The place itself feels like nestled in a forest on the hills. We did not go out of the property for the two days that we stayed there. The staff is wonderful and the food is great too. A very sumptuous breakfast and the dinner at The Grill was a wonderful experience too. The rooms are quite spread apart over the property and it requires you to call a buggy service every time you have to move within the property since the terrain is not very walking friendly with lots of steep up and down slopes in. But the buggy service is very quick and we received one every time within 10 mins of requesting it.

No biscuits/ cookies in the coffee/tea maker section in the room

The quality of food was really good. It was really hygienic food.

We were two adult and two kids. We had Dinner included + breakfast in package. When we set for dinner they said we cant take more than 2 dishes in main course. Very surprising. How can we manage two people food with two dishes. Even in the breakfast we asked them to provide 8 Paratha and they said they can provide only 4 .. Simply surprising..

Excellent location; nice & secluded. Had been on my to-do list for many years, glad to have this covered. My immediate reaction at check-in was that I'll visit this property again-and-again, but by the time I was checking-out, I would say I wasn't so sure about that. Read on for details. The property is absolutely fantastic, a ton of thought has gone into planning the entire resort. Few cottages, nicely spread apart, great set of activities that keep the kids busy, good spa (as usual), fair spread of food morning noon & night Great views & a Fantastic room

The staff doesnt answer intercom - happened twice during the short stay. Incredibly frustrating Buggy wait times are a bit much, but this is still understandable. Lastly, I requested for an hour's extension to my check-out (due to a spa appointment) which was turned down. The morning trek turned out to be one big condescending monologue versus a peaceful trek in the hills
