"Overall didn't meet the Taj Experience."

The breathtaking views from all directions and the peace and tranquillity significantly enhanced the overall experience. Additionally, the hotel offers well-planned activities for children, ensuring a memorable stay for families. The staff members were consistently smiling and helpful, thus adding a positive touch to the guest experience.

The outdoor breakfast area was indeed beautiful, but the indoor space left much to be desired as it was uncomfortably hot and lacking in character. There was a noticeable shortage of coolers or fans, suggesting that the hotel may not be adequately equipped for hot weather conditions. Additionally, due to its location on hilly terrain, guests depend on internal transportation provided by the hotel, such as jeeps or golf carts. However, the average waiting time for this transportation is 10 minutes, and during meal times, it can extend beyond 20 minutes. Moreover, the staff appeared to be inexperienced, resulting in various errors from reception to the dining area.

The concept of spending time in the forest was wonderful. We also really enjoyed the food, and the restaurant staff were amazing. The rooms were spacious and with very nice views. The pool facility was also very nice.

The reception and check-in were not the best. Since there was no formal check-in we had to wait long in the lobby, after a long road trip this wait can feel longer than it is and this could have been handled better. I wish the games room and the pool remained open for longer hours.
