Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we work with a key code system for independent check-in. The apartment is very spacious, well furnished, clean and tidy It's in a nice spot walking distance from restaurants/bars and few km far from supermarkets (LIDL)

No complimentary kitchen stuff (water, coffee, salt/oil)

Große helle Wohnung mit Balkon. Sehr sauber und funktional in super Lage vor dem Stadttor zur Altstadt.

Teilweise etwas einfache Ausstattung - Stühle etwas wackelig, sehr günstiges Besteck und Geschirr,, Kochfeld zu wenig power um vernünftig Nudeln zu kochen...

"Super appartement mais un peu cher et pas de clim !"

-appartement spacieux, bien situé, propre, calme, bien insonorisé -à 20 minutes d'Europapark -Parking sécurisé et fermé très pratique et rassurant -proximité du centre ville 2 min à pied (attention les restaurants ferment très tôt!!)

- Faire payer une taxe de séjour pour un chien 12 euros !!!! (par jour !!) sous pretexte que ca perd ses poils et que c'est plus compliqué à nettoyer. Ce qui est étonnant puisqu'on nous demande de nettoyer l'apprtement (logique) et que sinon on nous facture des frais de ménage en +.... - Manque de prise électriques (elles sont parfois derrière les armoires !) - Manque cruellement de climatisation, incroyable dans un immeuble aussi récent de ne pas avoir pensé à ca quand le climat se réchauffe autant. La mise à disposition de ventilateur est sympa mais pas suffisante lors de fortes chaleur. -réfrigérateur trop petit pour un séjour prolongé et pour 4 personnes... -le prix un peu élevé de la location
