Big Appartment near trade fair!

Appartement was clean and well maintained with special decoration. Not far from public transport. Access to the Appartement was very easy and owner was very responsive and supportive. A quiet and nice place. Good for family stay.

The appartement doesn't have a TV and Internet was little bit slow.

Very big living room. The kitchen has everything we need for cooking, which is really nice.

When I arrived, the apartment was very cold. You didn't inform me in advance that there is no heating. That is one thing, but another is that you didn't create satisfactory conditions. You provided two small heaters which are very noisy, and they are not enough for such space. Instead of getting a rest, I was obliged to listen to the noise of these heaters and still be freezing. They had to work overnight to produce warmth, which didn't let me sleep well because of the noise. Instead, you should have provided bigger and silent heating that would heat the apartment quickly and didn't require vents. The blanket you provided was very small and cold, taking into account that there was no heating. You should have taken care of this and provided a warmer blanket. Because it was cold and there was no carpet, I had to walk in shoes. After a long day, you expect to get them off. In your case, you didn't think about how your guest will survive in the cold apartment. In addition to this, there was a lot of dirt in the apartment on the lamps and kitchen appliances. I am not too crazy about cleanness, but I expect that simple things are clean, especially if they are in the eyesight. Some things also looked uncared for, like the baseboard and corners of the doors. Everything looked very old and heavily used. I had a feeling that I was deceived as the pictures on the Booking site were so nice, but in reality, it is way different. Overall, you didn't take care to make the apartment cozy in the conditions of the absence of the heating, and that was the most crucial disappointment. I really wanted to cancel my stay when I arrived, but there was no time for this, as I didn't come to look for a hotel, but to do business meetings. I travel throughout Germany and stay in similar places with this pricing level. In your case, it is way too much of what you are charging for.

- The pictures don't do this apartment justice! It was bigger & more spacious than we expected, with plenty of living/sleeping space. - The apartment was very clean and easy to access. - The host was easily contactable and accommodated our additional request for late check-out which was much appreciated.

- Not a criticism, but with noting that the apartment is in a quiet, more residential area of the city. Not a massive selection of bars/restaurants nearby, but the train into the city was a short walk away.
