Upon arriving at the location, we could not find a name on the doorbell. Consequently, we were compelled to linger outside the door for an extended period until one of the neighbours kindly opened it for us. After gaining access to the premises, we expended considerable effort to locate the security box. Once inside, we had a question regarding the heating system, but upon calling the number provided by the landlord, someone other than the intended recipient answered. Regrettably, it became apparent that we had dialled the wrong number, rendering communication with the landlord impossible.
