wunderbar Zentrale Lage direkt im Herzen von Erfurt. Cafés und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe

Wohnung war bei Anreise versehentlich nicht geputzt worden, was jedoch nach Meldung umgehend nachgeholt wurde

Ich hatte eine Woche Weiterbildung in Erfurt und mich wegen der Lage und dem Preisleitung Verhältnis entschieden. Lage war für mich Top. In wenigen Minuten war ich am Augustiner Kloster und auch in der Innenstadt. Ausstattung war ausreichend. Gerne wieder.

The location in the best district of Erfurt. Steffen, the owner, very helpful.

The lack of some warm lights in the living room.. considering that the apart is an attic, so not very bright.. but this is a small detail..

- Zentrale und beste Lage - persönliche Übergabe der Schlüssel des Vermieters - Aufzug im Gebäude - moderne und große Wohnung - sehr gut ausgestattete Küche

- ein sehr weiches Federbett - es sind Plissees als Verdunklungsrollos am Fenster angebracht Beide Punkte sind nur persönliche Empfinden und Nörgeln auf hohem Niveau.
