Die Lage, Schnitt der Wohnung, Bett im SZ in Ordnung, Heizung funktioniert gut

Starker Zigarettengeruch in der Wohnung: vrmtl schon länger, hängt in Polstern, von Vermieter angeregtes Lüften hilft mäßig bei -5 Grad im November. Schlafcouch sehr unbequem: Metallstreben spürbar durch dünne / durchgelegene Matraze. Baustellenlärm in angrenzendem Apartment

-Sehr zentrale Lage -die Wohnung ist mit einem Aufzug erreichbar

Es fehlt ein Kleiderschrank. Die Küchenzeile und die Espressomaschine waren sehr verschmutzt. Es sollte dringend mal eine Grundreinigung erfolgen. Die Matratze ist sehr durchgelegen, das haben schon vor uns einige Gäste bemängelt.

Sehr schöne komfortable kleine Wohnung. Die Lage war einfach perfekt, keine 5 min. bis zur Krämerbrücke. Fischmarkt, Anger und Dom auch ganz in der Nähe. Super Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Gute Tipps von ihm erhalten. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Werden wir gerne weiter empfehlen 👍

"Für 2 Nächte eine sehr gute Wohnung"

Die Lage war perfekt und die Größe und Zuschnitt der Wohnung sehr gut.

Die Matratzen waren nicht sonderlich gut, fühlten sich nach Plastikbezug an. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher hatten extrem nach süßlichem Waschmittel gerochen. Fand ich sehr unangenehm.

Schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung, zentral und dennoch idyllisch gelegen, fußläufige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Kommunikation mit Vermieter problemlos, kommen gerne wieder
