Die Lage am Ortsrand ist sehr ruhig. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß die Straßenbahn oder den Wald. Der Wohn/Schlafraum ist gut eingerichtet. WLAN, TV und einstellbare Deckenleuchte sind so weit positiv.

Küche und Bad sind dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Schimmelige oder komplett offene Fugen sind nicht akzeptabel, das Bad hat wie ein Aschenbecher gestunken, es gibt keine Aufhängemöglichkeiten, die Handtücher waren feucht und fleckig und die Reinigung des Appartements hatte sich offenbar auf das Waschbecken beschränkt. Der Rest der Wohnung war auch sehr unsauber, weshalb wir die Küche kaum benutzt haben. Die Ausstattung an Geschirr und Besteck war sehr spartanisch. Für uns also das erste und letzte mal in dieser Unterkunft.

Era espacioso y luminoso. Llegada sencilla. Nos solucionaron un problema muy rápido.

El sofá cama no estaba preparado (éramos 4 personas viajando en coche y avisé que llegaríamos tarde). Solo habían colocado 2/4 toallas. La ducha necesitaba ser limpiada con lejía…
