The property is not in a good condition inside is a lot old things

In order to use the poor you need to wait the owner to be allowed to use the poor the security are very disrespectful

The conditions. The furnitures and cabinets are in poor condition. The window treatments are poor looking. The cabinets and furnitures need to be updated. The AC in hallway was dropping water and causing the floor wet. My friend fell down and broke the small toe of the foot.

Confirmation stated check out was noon but when I checked in I was told that check out was 11:00 am. Which was ironic because the housekeeper didn’t finish getting the condo ready for us until after one hour past the assigned check in time! Whenever we wanted to go to the pool, we were required to notify someone to let us into the pool. This could have been problematic!

I love how the hostess Natalia quickly responds to your request and how wonderful and friendly she is as well as the entire staff. I love staying here because it is near friends and places that are outstanding dining plus casinos near by

They only flaw is not being able to lay or sit out by the pool area.. I understand that they would like to have 15 mins notice and someone would escort you to the area, but you should be able to just go on your own if they are allowed rental..I live in a coop and understand the reasons

I try not to leave bad reviews unless I absolutely have to. Let me start out by saying the host / manager was great. The young lady didn't do anything wrong. She is not the owner of the condo. Now let's get into the meat and potatoes (old-fashioned saying) I have been coming here to the Malecón Center since 2014. Back then, it was so much nice. Before, I was issued a key fob to enter the pool and gym whenever I wanted. Now, they treat you like you are 12 years old. Not only does the security check and let you in. But whoever is the host has to go with you and basically babysit and watch you the whole time. With security watching you like you are a criminal. When we entered the pool, the security locked us inside. WTF? That is a fire hazard. What if an emergency happens and we are locked inside? It's not fair to us and, most importantly. It's not fair to the host as well. Why should the host have to waste their time watching us when they have things to do with their time. Whoever changed this needs to be fired immediately. Last time I checked. I just turned 48 years old. I don't need a babysitter. If I wanted that kind of control. I would have stayed my ass in the United States. The number one reason why U.S citizens love the Dominican Republic is because you get a sense of freedom and peace. Next, the apartment was nice, but whoever the house keeper is didn't clean under the couch pillows. That leads me to the next thing. The couch looks like it's been in a fight. Everything else looks great. But no dish detergent in the kitchen, though smh. The biggest problem was the air conditioner. It hardly works. It was so hot in the apartment. That one of our nights there we had to basically hang out in the Catalonia next door. The master shower hook was broken. So, I had to use the handle to shower with. Thereweres a few roaches in the apartment. The laundry room we had to share with the maid.
