We loved this place, it literally lives up to the great reviews, spotless comfortable well equipped little apartment, gorgeous little front garden, the bed was one of the most comfortable ever, and the neighborhood very quiet. Jacopo was as everyone says, very nice friendly and helpful, will be coming here again.

The host was very nice and easy going, also helpful with good communication. It is a quiet area, there are some supermarkets and restaurants but you'll have to walk. On the roof there is a nice view and a small swimming pool which is very nice. We could park our car on the premises which is very helpful.

Friendly owner with lots of local info. Basic good value apartment for anyone looking for a different perspective from the package tour beach resorts. In a safe area within walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and the bus station if you are moving on to Santo Domingo.

Area is under development so the roads are not sealed yet.

Jacopo is a great host. We received a friendly welcome and all the information we needed (supermarkets, restaurants, buses...) The apartment building is in a safe part of town and attractive. It's a newly developed area and there is some low key construction going on but it didn't disturb us at all. We had a good night's sleep. The bus station for busses to Santo Domingo is within easy walking distance. The distance to the Punta Cana airport is greater than expected. A taxi or pre-booked shuttle is your best option. We had to make our way back to the airport and found that a small public minibus was a convenient connection and very cheap. Jacopo has all the info.
