Nice modern apartment. Clean and comfortable. Good internet. Great host, very helpful and good communication prior and during the stay. Great location for the bus station.

The apartment is very lovely decorated, and the host is very helpful and responsive. The check-in is very clear and easy. The wifi connects well. It's near to shops and not too far from restaurants. Also the price is good.

There is no AC in the room so it is not ideal for a summer visit. Some of the shelves is a little bit dirty.

I loved how helpful the host was and how clean and accommodating the space was.

We were very hot. We appreciate the fan that was provided but it doesn't really help when it is really really hot outside. Maybe a bigger fan or better ventilation.

The host is fantastic, a very pleasant gentleman, speaks excellent English to supplement my lack of Spanish proficiency, and made me feel very welcome. He also provided guidance on Punta Cana and directions, a great resource. Also arranged my transfer from the airport so I didn't have to mess around with the wild taxi scene at PUJ Airport.

The location is not ideal. There are alot of properties around the area that are still under construction, lots of rubble, and was not very scenic. But for the price, excellente.
