Very spacious, amazing views of the city and volcanoes. Good value for family or 4 people.

The apartment could use some attention to detail to take the apartment to the next level. The couches/futons in the living room should be replaced (they’re not comfortable), wine glasses, few more kitchen towels, a kitchen sponge, fix all the towel racks, etc. that are coming off the walls. The window coverings need to be replaced with ones that don’t allow light in, because it’s very bright in the morning. The apartment is noisy, but that is not the owner’s fault. I stayed 4 nights and asked for more toilet paper and didn’t get a response. Security is SUPER high and a bit complicated (some people might see this as a positive).

I didn’t like the property at all.

The host switched our property and the pictures definitely wasn’t what we booked. There was mold in bathroom and exposed electrical circuits I was shocked by one in the bedroom. In the kitchen there was exposed electrical circuits also. Definitely disappointed and I contacted Booking.com to let them know that the host is renting a place that is definitely not what advertised.

Departamento cómodo y limpio. Ubicación excelente.

Los controles del TV del cuarto no tenían pilas. Deberían revisar eso para que sea funcional como el de la sala.
