Pésima atención del dueño del departamento me dijo para entrar temprano y soy de otra ciudad me tocó esperar 5 horas afuera y para compensar no nos dejó estar más tiempo en el hospedaje No lo recomiendo

It’s got several unpleasant issues like old toilets with very little water so they get clogged very easily, no shelf’s or anything in the bathrooms, only two sachets of shampoo and hair conditioner, no shower gel or soap at least. The towels are clean but look very old. We reserved the place for 6 people and there were only 4 towels. Bad internet reception in the bedrooms and it’s too close to a main street which makes it very noisy from maybe 4:30 - 5:00 am There is a washing machine but no detergent, only 5 glasses in the kitchen and we reserved for 6 people. The apartment looks nice but seems like there’s no maintenance at all. I don’t think it is worth the price we paid. I wouldn’t go back nor recommend it. Besides, they say in Ecuador, Booking doesn’t allow to collect payment by cards so we had to pay cash which makes it very inconvenient. I think this is completely false, as next day we went to a beautiful apartment in Ambato and the payment went through automatically with the card I have registered.

The apartment was nice, good location

They advertise high speed internet and there wasn’t any reception in the bedroom. Water in toilets was so weak that it gets clogged very easily. Not a single shelf in the bathrooms to put anything, we booked for 4 people and there was 3 towels, there was only two sachets of shampoo and conditioner. We gently asked the administrator to improve all this for our next apartment two days after and we got the same inconvenient situation. Besides, he said that Booking doesn’t allow them to collect money with credit cards and we had to pay cash, which had never happened to us anywhere else. I don’t recommend this place, it’s not worth the price you pay for it, it’s just very basic accommodation.
