Location and staff

Lots of stuff was broken and outdated holes in walls

Location. 3 rooms. Washer and dryer.

Bedding linens felt warn out. The street noise is really bad. Even though we were on the 9th floor, it was ridiculously noisy. The sliding glass door in one of the rooms didn’t fully close and the ceiling light in one of the rooms flickered so bad it couldn’t be used.

The best thing about this place was the location - close to everything public transportation, restaurants, bars, and a convenience store in the building. Furthermore, the views of the city and "El Panecillo" are incredible. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and very clean, the balcony of the master room is a huge plus for this apartment.

Detergent for the laundry was not available, which we easily bought at the convenience store for $1, but for the price, I would've expected it to be included.

It was quite damaged, floors, chairs, curtains. Such a shame, the apartment is really nice.

The location and unit itself. It’s very close to the shopping center ( Mercado Artesanal La Mariscal) that we love. It has almost everything you need to cook food. There’s a grocery and chicken place that is near the building.

Nice location, good security, appreciate the washer and dryer, very comfortable bed.

No dish cloths or sponges to clean the dishes or countertops
