A beautiful place to stay. Within walking distance of parks, museum and cultural center. Many shops and dining places close by. Security is excellent.

Be aware this is in a college area. Many college age persons hanging around on the streets. Lots of street noise!

These are great appartements! we stayed here twice, once two nights before our flight to the Galapagos islands and after again another 4 nights. Both times we really enjoyed our stay. The views from the appartements are great, especially from the top floors in the building. It is very nice area as well. Easy to get to the city center or to botanical gardens.

the location was nice

I paid and order another property that looks much nicer the the one I got. the day of the check in IV got a Watsapp massage from the owner were he told me that due to a “system error” he will provide me a better property. there was not a problem from my side. when I enter to the apartment IV noticed that the toilets were Clogged. we agree that he’ll send some one to fix it the day after , but when we come in the evening everything was the same. more then that , there was a Leak in the kitchen sink, the oven was not functioning, half of the lights in the apartment were not functioning, and all the building surrounding was under construction.

good location. safe. very clean. spacious rooms and baths. great view from high floor.

we were 5. we missed some plates and glasses. there was not a dining table and enough chairs, and we had to squeeze on the kitchen bar.
