everything was good

the whole apartment is very confortable, very clean and spacious. two big bedroom and two bathrooms are a plus adding that this have washer and dryer. you feel at home! Pablo the host is very nice and ensured we were ok and waited for us for hours due to flight delay. extra plus is that Pablo offers both ways pick up from and to the airport, Hernán the driver was very helpful and informative. Apartment, Pablo (host) and Hernán (driver) made our experience 10 out of 10, THANKS!

Spacious

Washing machine could not spin

The flat had security on the front desk and it felt very safe. We were able to walk safely for a couple blocks outside after 20:00pm. The flat was modern & spacious. It had a washing machine & dryer that worked. The views from the flat on the 11th floor were spectacular

There were a few minor things broken in the room such as the door handle to a bathroom and handle on a shower door. It is very noisy outside, mainly road noise The bed settee was uncomfortable. Cleaning appeared to be what you can see so things such a the gap between sofa bed when opened.

Stylist, comfortable apartment in good location with balcony and great views. Very good ensuite shower.

There were a number of problems at start like broken toilet seat, towel rail and toaster and lack of glasses in kitchen etc. Which the hosts very quickly rectified. But the hot water to all sinks was slow and took ages to become warm and much of the crockery damaged or poor. Given the previous response of the hosts these issues will probably be dealt with quickly.

we booked that place 2 hours before arriving. so we came late at night and at 7:30 in the morning the guy is knocking on the door waking us up, in order for us to pay him.... No one really saw us, there were no drinkable water, and there was no one to ask for any help we needed... the feeling was 'just give me your money and bye'
