Küttega bassein ja lisatasu eest sauna broneerimise võimalus. Korter on puhas ja vajalikud asjad olemas, sh külmkapp, pliit, nõudepesumasin, röster, veekann.

Sellel korteril üsna järsk trepp nii sissepääsuks kui ka korteri teise magamistuppa pääsemiseks, mis võivad olla takistuseks, kui kellelgi seltskonnas liikumisega raskusi.
