Dream Stay - Stylish Apartment near Old Town with Free Parking

Huge apartment with all amenities in an amazing location, within a short walking distance of the old town. Plenty of restaurants and cafes around. Very calm neighborhood. Kitchen has a full size fridge, oven, stove and dishwasher. Washing machine available in the bathroom. Very easy access to the place, clear instructions were sent for getting into the apartment, didn't need to contact anyone for help. They require a 100 euro damage deposit and a signed contract a week before arrival, which seemed unusual to me, but I got the deposit back within a week after checkout, so it's definitely safe.

The place downstairs was getting renovated, so there was drilling in the morning on business days and Saturday. One window in the living room didn't have blinds or curtains, so that felt a bit awkward.

- Good location in Kalamaja. - Easy self-check-in and check-out through a box left outside. - Spacious apartment. - 3 coffee capsules offered for free.

- Kitchen could be better equipped : 1. Old toaster barely working 2. The big cooking pot didn´t work with the induction setup. 3. Only 2? small spoons. - Lights in bedroom turn on dimmed very on low by default. - Street can be loud on weekend if the window is open.

Thanks for everything. It was a great vacation. Apartments near attractions. In a quiet place.

I wanted night curtains in the living room.

Great place, with free reserved parking spot, a great location. Max 3 people can stay there as it is not a fold-out sofa.

Not enough toilet paper. Open shower, so all the floor is wet after use.

A lot of breathing space, easy to cook, work, relax. I also liked the location and fair pricing. Friendly host.

Bed wasn’t very comfortable, and I couldn’t find basics to eat my food like fork, spoon, knife. Checkin time could be a little earlier. I could check in around 15:30
