Lootsi apartment with sauna, next to Old Town, City Center, Port

Location was good

Very small square area per 6 persons. Half of the area was devoted to the bathroom and sauna from the 50m2. Not very fresh repair of the room, especially floor

Great view, spacious apartment.

The location was great, walking distance to most of the places. Apartment was clean and equipped with all essentials. From the bedroom and living room there was an amazing view over the harbor. Our host was very clear with information, and replied immediately to questions or concerns. I'd almost go there again only to see the amazing view, everything else was just a huge bonus on top of that. Definitely worth a visit if you have plans on going to Tallinn!

Sauna was not what i expected. Not bad, but also not a "traditional Finnish sauna". Not possible to throw water on the stove, temperature was adjustable by a remote on the wall. Otherwise bathroom, shower, and sauna was really well cleaned and fresh.

The location was great as well as the view from the window. The appartament is bright, easy to find. Close you can find many restaurants and a nice walk along the seaside.

It was much smaller than you could imagine from the photos. The ladder to the bed was unstable, unattached and very dangerous. The water run off in the shower was very poor, after each time all the floor was completely wet (despite the curtains). The matress of the bed in the living room was worn out what made almost impossible to sleep on it.

The sauna is only available for an additional fee and this information is sent only after the reservation is made. And if it is not used, there is no way to prove to the guest that the sauna was not used. If the lessor requires prepayment (the information is given before the reservation is made), then everything should be in order with the equipment. This was not the case here, there were several defects and only one (broken balcony door) was mentioned by the owners. On a hot summer day, there is nothing to breathe in the apartment, even if the air conditioner is on all the time. I can't even imagine what happens when you turn on the sauna :) .
