Lootsi apartment with sauna, next to Old Town, City Center, Port

Good location, beautiful place. Well equipped.

The sauna is for an extra charge and a deposit of 100.-€ had to be paid, which could have been stated more clearly. We often use rental apartments, and in the past there has been no problem with additional fees going unnoticed. This apartment is definitely not suitable for 5 people - the folding sofa in the living room is not suitable for sleeping. It has passed its time long ago! I felt sorry for my friend who had to sleep there. The bedclothes found in the closet were unsuitable - the sheet size was too small and the pillows had stains. The big bed was comfortable, but the pillow didn't smell good. The bed under the ceiling is too narrow for two people. The apartment is good for three people, the sleeping becomes uncomfortable if more.

The apartment was bright and clean with really nice interior and amazing view on port. Its location was also great: close to the city center, a good restaurant (Argentina) and big mall were just nearby. Sauna was really good too.

A bit of quest with keys but the host prepared good instructions to get them, so it was fine after all. Moreover, I did not expect a deposit for apartment, so you should check about it in advance. Even though apartment was really nice, it had some minor defects. So do not expect that it is new like on pictures.

Excellent location and views as well as car parking in the house. The apartment is very functional for a family.

The sofa/bed is awful and mattress needs to be changed, it is probably the worst mattress I've seen for over 10 years. You could not expect such bad mattress in that apartment. The sauna was not working. When you order Lootsi apartment with sauna you sure expect apartment with working sauna. We were actually planning to use it as we are used to it and it is part of daily routine. But it seems that in this case you can never be sure what you are paying for. Besides the fact that sauna was no working and we haven't received any message on that, when I called the owner I was simply told thay it is not working and besides that "you didn't order sauna. we charge extra for sauna". That is a big surpirse as there is no information on that. One more strange issue is that you need to pay deposit payment 100€ to the owners account before moving in the apartment. This information is not clear at all on the stage of booking and definitely needs to be clearly mentioned in the main text on the stage of booking as it makes all process very complicated and I would have rather chosen some other apartment then make my life complicated in such simple issue.

Well equipped modern apartment with nice views. It is centrally located, check-in process was easy, and sauna was a pleasant bonus. We were informed by booking.com about the deposit, however it is not a common practice that the deposit should be paid by the bank transfer, it wasn't convenient, but ok. The only thing that we didn't like was the sofa in the main room, as the matrass on it was too uncomfortable to sleep. But it is an extra space, other beds were quite comfortable. Highly recommended!
