"Non fermatevi alla vista dell'ingresso. Bagno un po' angusto"

Durante un viaggio itinerante ho soggiornato presso questa abitazione privata. L'appartamento monolocale è molto ampio e di recente ristrutturazione. Punto di forza è sicuramente l'ubicazione vicina al centro città ad al fiume, con diverse attività commerciali nelle vicinanze.

Punto debole risulta invece la scarsa areazione del bagno cieco e l'assenza di appoggi per il bagnoschiuma o altro nella doccia e di portarotolo per la carta igienica. Il water risulta inoltre incassato in una nicchia con limitato accesso alle persone e un po' alte (sopra 1.80/1.85) con il rischio di notevoli testate nella parte alta (provato direttamente). L'ingresso è veramente fatiscente.

Muy bonito, limpio y tenia todo lo que se necesitaba. Cerca del centro, a unos 15 min caminando. Lugar muy tranquilo. La atención es buena y responden rapido.

El edificio como tal esta descuidado pero el apartamento es muy bonito.

La ubicación es excelente, tranquila y sin ruidos la cama comodisima, y el apartamento muy amplio y con todo lo necesario, y también muy limpio

El portal y la escalera son decrépitos , como ya han dicho otros comentarios , pero no te fijes en eso porque el apartamento vale la pena y está súper bien , tengo claro que el propietario está en una comunidad de propietarios , por tanto ya se sabe… , pero insisto, el apartamento está espectacular y la zona muy tranquila y sin ruidos, y la cama súper cómoda. para mí eso es un 10

Cucina fornitissima. Letto comodo. Stanza molto ampia e luminosa. Ok condizionatore e lavatrice. Bagno con doccia. Appartamento in quartiere tranquillo a 10-15 minuti a piedi dal centro e dalla stazione.

Lavandino piccolo ma funzionale.
