Excellent location. Good communication before and during arrival. Easy access with the doorcode. Clean and quiet.

Impractical room design: dinnertable and chairs under the stairs with no room to sit upright; very low ceiling in the sleeping area even for an average-height person, beware of the extra-low part above the bed - we both hit out heads. It's probably because of the original architecture of the buliding but still very inconvenient. Also a bit strange to be asked to leave a 10* review. Won't be my first choice of accommodation next time around.

Stylish and cosy apartment in a very good location with everything important just around the corner.

The location of the apartment is very convenient. It is located in the city centre, but the bus station, bus stops and supermarkets are very close. And the same time, the place is rather quiet. The riverfront is withing walking distance. The access to the apartment is very conviniens (without keys or cards). The apartment is equipped with all necessary kitchen supplement. There is warm floor in the bathroom which is very comfortable. The number of towels was enough for three days

It will be good to have a tiny bed table in order to have a possibility to leave smartphone, glasses ect. for a night. Also, it would be good to have a broom to sweep the floor (it might have been, but I could not find). And I could not understand what to do if the trash can would be full. It would be great to provide some information as an instruction (or hang some sign)

Luxurious furniture, beautiful interior design, high ceilings, big window, good light blocking curtains, two floors, heated floor in bathroom. Nice manager, replied fast and brought a new lightbulb because lamp didn’t work. Free well equipped gym.

Dirty floors and surfaces, had to clean everything myself upon arrival. Dishwasher was full of dishes which were probably washed but still dirty. Completely clogged shower drain. Wardrobe door fell off multiple times. Gym is fabulous but really dirty unfortunately.

Very cozy and yet fancy and modern apartment. Nice loft to separate the bedroom from rest of the apt. Well equipped kitchen, very nice and clean toilet + shower and even a cinema room made the visit a bit extra fun. Laundry room was perfect. Quick help with all the questions I had during the visit too.

- Bottom floor / view towards smoking area = having to keep the curtains closed most of the time - Can’t open windows for fresh air - Loft / bed room was low in ceiling (1,70) and thus had to go slightly hunched + even lower closer to the bed which led to a few bumps but as long as you’re careful then it’s okay

They have a gym.
