Nice interior, comfy bed and good location.

Upon arrival the first thing we noticed was a dirty apartment. It seemed like the housekeeper had done everything in a hurry, even the cleaning supplies were thrown on the floor under the stairs. All the surfaces were wiped with a dirty cloth and had gray and wet marks all over. All the mirrors were dirty and covered with weird fingerprints. Even the bathroom door and shower corner walls were dirty. Not to mention that the glasses in the cupboard and cutlery were extremely dirty and had food crumbs on them. Also the kettle was covered with a thick layer of scale, so it's not safe to boil water for coffee or tea. The air conditioning wasn't working properly and made horrible noises. The walls of the apartment are made out of paper. The first night our sleep was disturbed by drunk neighbors who were screaming and running up and down from the stairs. Second night was also horrible, because someone was marching around their apartment until 4.30 am. Worst sleep ever. Overall we have never had such a bad experience and hopefully they will at least invest in a good housekeeper.

Location is excellent, quite central with an excellent coffee shop in the corner. The apartment is cozy and comfortable.

The apartment is perfect in every regard, location, building, size, quality. etc. It is a new building in a very central part of Tartu, self check-in is ideal, gym is available.
