Soo 16 Apartment

The apartment was clean, with all the equipment working (heat, kitchen etc) and well preserved. Its a calm place. No noise.

The building itself! When i entered the building i honestly thought i was in the wrong one..kind of creepy i must say. Its an old house, you can tell...it smelled VERY bad, and kept smelling during the time there..it was very unpleasent every time i had to go out or that i arrived, it seemed like the other houses had something rothing inside. The stairs were dirty... and looked "abandoned".

Comfortable and clean little studio apartment, within a 15 minute walk of the old town, and in a nice residential area with many bars and restaurants.

The building looked a little shabby - the entrance hallway and stairs need some renovation.

The apartment is pretty small but really nice. Is not that far from the old city. Private parking for the car.

The smell in the building on the second floor is really strong and not nice but inside the apartment everything is nice and clean.
