Soo 16 Apartment

Very nice parking and good location. Inside apartment was ok and clean. For 2 is ok for more is too crowded. There could be stovetop for 2 pots.

Halway had bad smell of urine. The thing bothering us most-No table for breakfast or if you cook something-there could be at least folding camping table!!! Some pots were not claned well. Some changes from photos on booking.

No air conditioner

The apartment is small and cosy. It has all the necessary things for few stays, but you cannot plan to stay there longer. The local transport is very close, so you can get to the city center quickly. It is good for 2 people, for 4 it is very. compact.

The hallway was stinking, it was very bad that we couldn’t even stand in the hallway for a second. The neighbours were also very unfriendly.

the outside of the apartment was terrible, the smell of toilet in the hallway was so bad that we were scared to open the door. Scary place to live. Except the smell it was okay

The room was small but clean. There were necessary dishes and the refrigerator worked. The shower worked, there was hot water. The house is old, but that didn't bother us. There could have been a bench in the yard. it is very convenient to get the keys.

The stairs of the 2nd floor smelled of urine, really unpleasant. But there was no smell in the room. We wrote a letter to the landlady and asked for another blanket. We were not given a blanket!!! We didn't even get an answer!!! It was very bad!

Very good location to move anywhere else in Tallinn. Good and fast communication with host.

The apartment was functional.

The stairs smelled like urine and the bathroom presented very poor hygiene. The sponges were already used and there where hairs in the bathtub.

The apartment is very cute and well situated. There is good access to good restaurants and a nearby market.

The bathroom had black mold in various spots, due to the bathroom seemingly being perpetually damp. The corners of the shower and especially behind the toilet were really really spotty. I notified the host of this and they said it was fine and cleaned monthly. There was a rag under the toilet where it dripped, so clearly the host was aware of the issue and did not notify us. We left and stayed at a different accomodation as we found it unsafe to stay and I found it hard to breathe after being in the bathroom for a while. We notified the host we would not be staying and they would not offer us any compensation. Some of the wall insulation was visible, which isn't really a problem but a little unsightly.
