Ahmed it's a really easy going person, very kind, and helps you in everything you need. The apartment was clean, good shower and comfortable beds.

He didn't have enough towels for the 4 of us, and the breakfast he left us to take on an excursion was too basic. Could have been more generous. We came just to sleep, which was not good because it's too much of a boat taxi ride to just sleep. So it's only worth it if you stay longer.

We flew into Aswan for a river cruise and stayed for one night at the Nobatia Guest House. Everybody was extremely helpful and friendly. Communication was great. They answered every text (via Whatsapp) within minutes. Our room had 3 bedrooms, 2 of which overlooked the Nile. The living room also overlooked the Nile. They cook breakfast for you and deliver straight to your room at your desired time. There is also a riverfront restaurant on site. You do have to take a ferry across the river since it sits on an island. The hotel arranged our 4 person airport transfer with private motorboat pick up for $40 USD. We should have stayed in Aswan for the bulk of our trip instead of Cairo. It is a much cleaner, quieter, scenic, and friendly city.

the breakfast was really poor for 7 people we had a problem with the water heater the walk to the hotel didn’t have any marks or indications so we got lost a lot but thankfully it was a short walk.

Big place. They kept our luggage after check-out.

No water the first night to shower, 2 towels missing (we had to dry ourselves with blankets instead towels), we had to ask for toilet paper, no shower gel or soap provided.

we paid with booking but the owner asked us for the money in cash… just be careful with the host communication as they’re not very welcoming and woke us up to ask for the money at night!
