عفش الشقة محتاج صيانة كراسي السفرة غير ثابتة و دواليب الغرف مش بتتقفل و تعمل صوت عالي عند الحركة المطبخ سئ جدا وحدات المطبخ قديمة جدا و متهالكة و غير ثابتة و صوت الثلاجة عالي جدا مفيش نت في الشقة و لا التلفزيون شغال مفيش ريسيفر مفيش الا سخان واحد كهرباء شغال ع حمام واحد اما المطبخ و الحمام التاني مش شغال السخان الخاص بهم حوض الحمام غير ثابت عند الاستخدام

窗外就是大海，楼下有麦当劳和甜品店附近很热闹，房东人很好快到了提前联系他就行，房间楼层很高，打扫的很干净各个方面都不错！

当时三间卧室里有一间没有电了所以没有空调，但是晚上挺凉快的不知道现在修好了没有

房屋面积很大，可以满足5-6人住宿，功能设施齐全，装饰舒适，位置极佳，开窗即见地中海海湾，可以看到海上日落

房间整体卫生还行，若是厨房卫生再提高点会更好。浴室用水不够顺畅

الموقع ومساحه الشقه

كنت متواصل مع المالك سابقا عشان اذا اقدر ادخل الشقه قبل موعد التشيك ان وقالي ان تعال وبحاول ادخلك ف اقرب وقت ما صار ومع هذا استلمت الشقه متأخر والعامله كانت تكمل تنظيف وانا موجود فالشقه. وحده من النوافذ المطله ع البلكونه كانت تسرب ماي للغرفه وقت المطر، بعض الاغراض ابتلت
