The view was good, also the location was very close to a lot of good places

The beds' structure needs to be in wood or anything less noisy than that.

The location was convenient, and the check-in process was smooth. The staff was polite and helpful.

The bathrooms were not inside the bedrooms, which was inconvenient and unexpected based on the listing. Also, the Wi-Fi didn’t work during our stay, making it difficult to plan activities or stay connected.

This is a local apartment in a local area of Alexandria, with an amazing view of the sea from the bedrooms. Bed was comfortable. There’s a mall just a couple of minutes walk away with an excellent food court and great shops. We were pleased to have a really good washing machine. The kitchen was well equipped and the shower, bath etc were good. The building and apartment are quite rundown but I guess that was reflected in the reasonable price. Staff were easily contacted by WhatsApp and very helpful.

Beds are noisy

The apartment is very clean . Comfortable . The location is excellent . The staff is very cooperative and try to do their best to make you comfortable . Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed the General Manager is excellent person devoted to his work and is doing what ever possible to satisfy the client . In fact I complaint about a couple of things and he personally took care of the subject and every thing done immediately in no time . Thanks Mr . Ahmed. I am Looking forward for my next visit to Alexandria to stay in one of your excellent apartments.
