Sin apartamentos funcionales y comodos. Cocina completa y baño completo. Tiene piscinita chula para verano Aire acondicionado en una de las habis. Tranquilos

Algo anticuado pero bien mantenido. Olores de tuberia y cerrado. No hay aire acondicionado en el comedor: caluroso en verano

"Bonne adresse hors saison"

Autonomie de l'installation, espace de vie large et confortable, service hôtelier quotidien. Emplacement au bord du Cami et proximité de Ciutadella, très calme (nous y étions hors saison !).

Parking dans la rue (sans souci hors saison mais en saison ...). Vis à vis du bungalow avec appartements, aucun espace intime...

The garden

The heating system didn’t work even though thy came to check said it should work and well I’m 5 hours it went one degree higher and it was so noisy we had to close it. The fridge super loud

Pocos utensilios en la cocina, por ejemplo, no habia ni aceite ni sal, ni una bayeta para limpiar la mesa...

Appartement très agréable près de la piscine. Proximité de la plage, quartier coquet. La ville de Ciutadella est proche pour les visites.
