Cozy apartment in Valencia center

Excellent location close to the market and historic sites. The host was always immediately responsive. A nice place to relax after sightseeing with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge.

The only issue for me was the lack of a window to see outside but I think this is quite typical of such apartments in Spanish cities.

It's unhealthy and unsafe. Other than the poor condition in the description, you will find: - First they change our room, and than they change It back, 5 days before the reservation, saying that we could cancel our reservation. As if you could find some place affordable 5 days before your trip; - sewers are not just old, every shower you will take It will flow your bathroom and you will have to clean It EVERYTIME. And of course we had to use a pillowcase to dry the mess cause there was nothing to use for it; - EVERYTIME you flush the toilet, a horrible smell come out from the sink in the room; - the balcony Is not usable since its occupied by a conditioner and other garbage (It seems that this situation Is going on for years now, don't trust the pictures); - we had to seal the bathroom Door since we had to kill 8 cockroaches; - broken air conditioning duct that could be a potential unhealthy entrance for bugs; - no key for one of the door you will find to access the room. We found It closed One night and get inside only cause someone was there and open the Door from the inside; - there was a bucket filled with dirty water in the stairs for all the week we stayed there; - elevator not working at all; - terrible neighbourgs... We had the door blocked for two days by the clothes drying rack. And yes, great location, but ABSOLUTELY not worth 100€ per night. It's unsafe and unhealthy. Shouldn't even be on rent. Worst experience ever.

The location was exceptional! You can’t get a better location. The property owner was great!

The balcony is misleading, there’s three air conditioners, two mop buckets, a garbage can, and a folding table which allows no room for a real balcony. A balcony should not be advertised. The shower floods, so you can only take a very quick shower and there were bugs 🪳 - it is close to the city so I understand there are bugs but Unfortunately, it must’ve been between treatments. If you flush the toilet more than once, the kitchen sink smells like sewage for 15 minutes.

Location was great, apartment was great.

The appartement is very good located in the city center, close to pretty much everything. The check in was very easy and the person in charge was very nice and helpful. But ....

It is offered as a "Cozy apartment" and it looks like that in the pictures ... if we were in 1990 when the pictures were probably taken and the furniture bought. It is a room with a very old bed (which was surprisingly OK) and pretty much everything needs an urgent renovation. When you flush the toilet, some dirty water is pushed up from the sink and the shower. So, it smells badly. Also the shower was clogged every time. But since there was a drain pump I guess it is a normal occurrence. If you happen to stay here, be ready for an angry neighbor furiously knocking at the door and trying to open the door since apparently, if you take a shower, it rains in the room downstairs. You have been warned. The "apartment" is in one of the dirtiest buildings I have ever seen. A bunch of old furniture, bags with garbage, dead insects, and a bottle with old cigarettes accompany you on your way up to the room. When you reach the bucket of dirty water and what appears to be the carcass of the previous stove, then you know you have arrived to the room. Once inside the room, I was welcomed by a dead cockroach in the bathroom and had to kill other 3 that appeared from under the fridge and a dirty old carpet. I kept the windows closed for obvious reasons. The neighbors (actual tenants of the building and not travellers) were loud, playing music and guitar during the night and were smoking at times. But since they live there, you can't really say anything. It looks like the "apartment" belongs to another "company" with a different address. Once you book, you are contacted by a person who asks you if you are sure this is the apartment you booked and shows you some pictures of the apartment, but compared side to side it is clear, those pictures were taken long time ago. The apartment is not even cheap. For the price I paid, I was expecting at least something clean.

Heart of Valencia, close to everything. Mila is always supportive

Well equipped kitchen. Optional outside dining area. Great shower. Situated close to central market. Very convenient for all city centre attractions and transport. Host was in contact and super helpful- we requested a frying pan and she bought one and delivered it next day.

Only courtyard view. Everything else was great.

Location was superb and the owner lovely! Our unit was old world eclectic with its own unique charm. Although older and well loved it was welcoming and charming. We were fortunate to be here during the Valencia festival therefore enjoyed the parades, dancing, and singing in the streets. We found a lovely resturant that offered upstairs dining which allowed us to enjoy the Moor Parade! Pomp, pageantry,, ceremony and specular colors accompanied our entire meal. It was a lovely milestone birthday celebration! thank you.

As I said the unit was much loved however the owner provided us with everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
