Cozy apartment in Valencia center

The apartment was very well located and close to nice places and good restaurants. The host was very helpful to find us a better place to stay.

Our arrival was unfortunately quite challenging. Despite receiving information from Mila regarding key retrieval, we couldn't locate them upon arrival. After some communication and assistance from Mila's daughter at a local coffee shop, the issue was resolved, and we obtained the keys. It appears the cleaning staff had overlooked placing them back in their designated spot. Upon settling in, we noticed discrepancies between the property's actual appearance and the images on the booking platform. The space seemed smaller than depicted, and the balcony was both impractical and noticeably dirty. Furthermore, we encountered a persistent noise, possibly originating from the boiler in the bathroom, disrupting our sleep every 10 minutes. Given the heavy rainfall during our stay (it was even raining inside.. Our floor was wet), we suspect water-related issues exacerbated the situation. Despite our attempts to mitigate the disturbance (we tried to sleep with our noisecancelling headphones), including sharing audio recordings with the host, a restful night remained elusive. In the face of these challenges, I appreciate that the host promptly addressed our concerns and relocated us to a more comfortable accommodation for the remainder of our stay. This gesture was crucial in salvaging our overall experience. While these difficulties colored our initial impression, I believe there is potential for improvement. Clearer communication regarding key placement, accurate representation of the property, and addressing potential noise disturbances could significantly enhance the guest experience. But to be honest: I've traveled a lot, but this was my worst experience ever.

Great location

Dirty in areas Only one key so between two people this is difficult. Also in the event of a fire if you don’t have the key you can’t leave the building through the final exit door! No cooking facilities. Many of the sockets were broken and unsafe. The host messaged me after booking to change the apartment I selected to a different one. If I didn’t accept she would cancel. I could not cancel as it was too short notice !

Location was wonderful! Mila was very helpful and texted back promptly to the few questions I had.

Great location in the old town. Our host Mila was super - helpful with all requests and gave us good recommendations for things to and see in Valencia. Quirky layout of rooms but this adds to the charm.

Location

Lack of cleaning, lacking toiletries towels, no change of sheets even though we stayed 6 nights. Refused to supply toiletries and clean towels, did so when contacted by company. Not enough kitchen cooking ware, cutlery or tableware. Felt really let down. Apartment host could have improved everything 100 percent with such little effort

Wonderful hosts and the property was very close to the city center. The house was well maintained.

Very stylish apartment in a fantastic location, right in the middle of it all. Mila could not do enough for us. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the attractions we were interested in and just very pleasant overall. Fantastic bars and restaurants on the door step and only a 20 minute walk from the beautiful Jardì Tùria and Oceanographic etc. Everywhere you look, there's beautiful buildings/ fountains etc

We loved the stylish flat but the sofa and the bed weren't the most comfortable and perhaps more cutlery would be helpful. There was nowhere to dry clothes but in all honesty, these little things really didn't cause any problems.... just observations. I love to cook and the kitchen itself was a very nice place to prepare food. We'll be back without a doubt xxd

This place is all about the Location ! it is quite simply superbly located and therefore good value for money. You are in the heart of Valencia when you step outside the door.

There is no natural light in the apartment - great location but not a great apartment to spend any time in - therefore it is perfect for backpackers, students - people who will be out late at night. It would not be great for families with small children or visitors who won't be out late - quite simply because it is not a particularly pretty or comfortable space to spend time in. The photos are real, it has old furniture and not hugely comfortable but fine - but the lack of natural light is disappointing.
