Cozy apartment in Valencia center

We had chosen an apartment on a specific street, but it was at a different address. The stairs to access the apartment were extremely dirty, and the entrance door was an iron gate that could only be opened and closed with a key, making it very dangerous in case of an emergency. The bathroom had issues with water drainage from the shower and toilet. The balcony was inaccessible because there were three air conditioner units blocking it. Our apartment was separated from the adjacent one by a very thin wall. The neighbor would leave the trash behind their door for several days, causing terrible odors. I don't understand how they can allow such activities!

Location was of course great. Host has given some chocolate and a bottle of water as a present which was a nice gesture. Enough towels and dishes were present. Bed was comfy.

Apartment was at different address than in the description and VERY different to shared pictures. There were a LOT of small cockroaches in the whole apartment. At one point I opened the fridge and the fridge was shaking a bit and so many suddenly came out from under it. I know that they can be abundant when it's really hot but no other person that I talked to had these kind of problems in May! I felt really gross, since they also started to crawl into my shoes, the fridge and were also everywhere in the bathroom (under the toilet seat!!). I booked the apartment with a balcony however it was used as a storage place with zero space left to step outside which was really annoying. Showering was a hassle, since you had to press the toilet flush in between to let the shower water drain. It is quite loud from the streets, but that was to be expected in the middle of the center. However, guests next to me were even louder with suddenly starting to play guitar or cook at 3am with their doors open. I guess with that I was just unlucky.

we think that we did not receive what we booked. The address wasn’t what we had booked.

We loved our stay at Cozy Appartement. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Valencia, everything is nearby. The appartement size is great and well equipped. We enjoyed the outside terrace with the big dining table. The hostess is very friendly and hostile.

We missed a dishcloth and some dishwasher tablets.

Super location, easy access to everywhere. There is an underground parking just in front, bus station, taxi available also, The pedestrian zone starts from the place. Many shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants...everything is a few steps away. The apartment is well equipped for big groups.

The easy access it's great, but cause noise in the rooms which look at the main street. This only bothers neurotics i guess:)

Great spacious and characterful

Lots of space, separate bedrooms, parking very close to the property. Excellent location in the centre of the city which gave easy access to many places to visit. Supermarket is very close plus various other shops and bakeries. The building has a concierge who was very helpful and check-in was excellent.

There was nothing we didn’t like.
