Apartamento Cuarta Puerta Centro Histórico

Outstanding on all counts and I very rarely write that on booking.com. You may think it looks expensive but let me tell you that Sevilla is very popular with tourists and the posh hotel hotel 50 metres down the road (where you can get a street map from the concierge!) charges nearly Euro 300 PER NIGHT. Location - short walk to the cathedral and Alcazar and a little further to the Plaza Espana and park. Plenty of shopping and eating in the area so you can sightsee and visit places like el corte ingles for your retail fix. The bus stop for access to the airport is a 15 minute walk away. Ideal location. The property - an older property with an internal patio (several apartments lead off it) that has been modernised whilst leaving a few original features. I was a single traveller but plenty of room for two. There are kitchen facilities, including a hob, but I did use it (looks modern). A very comfortable room with a/c and a great shower. Good security - an outer door (open in the day), a gate (always locked) and the lock on your own apartment. The owner (Elvi) - have you been to those partments where you struggle to get in? Can''t find the key box? Can't open the key box? Door doesn't open ... blah, blah. NONE OF THIS here. Detailed info - including photos - via Whatsapp of which keybox, key etc. etc. You can ask questions about how to get there or anything else about Sevilla and get a prompt answer. This is what you call SERVICE. Gold standard in apartments. Book with confidence and I doubt you will regret it.

You must be joking! I am picky but ABSOLUTELY nothing to say.

The location is perfect - it takes <5 minutes to get to all popular sightseeings. The apartment was equipped with everything necessary, it was clean. The area is quiet.

The smell from the cupboards on the kitchen, there is a piece of mold under the sink.

The location was excellent. Very near a lot of the main sites.

The "double" bed was jammed against a wall in a very small room. There was very little storage space for clothes in the bedroom. I really think this was more suitable as a single occupancy apartment. Bathroom/ shower was fairly small too, with the sliding door opening directly into the living area.

Location was perfect for exploring historical quarter of Sevilla on foot. Facilities had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable, which is honestly rare for affordable accommodations. Not just saying that, sometimes we are too generous on these reviews when the experience with the host is good, which our host was great, but this was a great experience and the bed was actually really comfortable. 10/10 recommend when staying in Sevilla.

The Host Ulises is very attentive and responsive. The apartment is well located and easy to find. You can walk to shopping street and tourist location within 15 minutes. Lots of restaurants around. The neighborhood is safe. The small patio outside the bedroom is cute

The usual problem with the shower room, it get wet outside the shower area when you showering. The small patio outside has a strong cigarette smell from the neighbor but when you shut the door there is no problem.

Convenient location, very clean and well equipped. The host is very responsive.

Excellent location. Beautiful old courtyard building. Good kitchen facilities.

Bed rather small. Tiny bathroom.
