The location was great.

The apartment was spacious and nice but dirty. It smelled as soon as we got in. People who run this don't really seem to care. Wouldn't stay again.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. she let us checkin earlier since we arrived before the checkin time. She also shared a huge list of recommendations for everything like restaurants, flamenco, museums etc. which helled a lot. The location is perfect, close to everything by walk and silent at the same time. The flat has a cute patio with colorful tiles, which gives it more character. The flat has many things you need to cook, etc. and it has high ceiling which feels good.

It is a small studio and not bright since looking at a patio and not outside. So you will need to keep the lights on. It was very clean mostly, kitchen, the bed, sheets etc. but the couch had a bed spread cover and pillows which were not smelling good and needs to be cleaned/changed also.
