Good location, metro nearby, swimingpool with a very nice view on the top.

The airco did not work so well and it was very hot in madrid. The host did fix some fans so it helped a bit.

Safe area, doorman always, 10 min walk to metro, groceries, restaurants.

Very minimal furnishings, bed not great. But all fully functional.

It was easy to check in (if they send you instructions on time), early check in (from 1 pm) was allowed. After I contacted them by phone, instructions were sent fast and were clear. The glass tables looked cool. The view from windows is good. The shower is nice and modern. Location is nice - co close to subway station, there is also a kind of fast food cafe really close, and more restaurants plus Mercadona in no more than 10 min walk.

About check in. There is no 24 hrs reception there. Well. it is, but not for these rental, but generally for the building, and these people cant help you. I expected the reception for apartment I booked to be there, so I just showed up (I wrote though the arrival time when booked). There was no one, so I had to call to the host. It says in the listing that host speaks English, but they only spoke Spanish on the phone, and messaged me in Spanish too. However, I think maybe the delay with instructions and me needed to call them happened because I booked just about 1 hour before I checked in. About apartment - feels not so clean and there is always something important missing It looks better on pictures. It is more worn down and old looking in reality. There are a few modern things, but the rest is just old. There is an electric kettle - but not a single cup to drink from! Plates and cuttlery are there. A few pots too - but so greasy outside! There is a microwave on the fridge, but no way to connect it to power outlet, its cable does not reach, and there is no power extension. Bed sheets look old and not sure how clean they are. Towels felt damp. I am not a person to complain about tiny things, but it just felt like there were too many missing important details. I think this place has a potential to be much more amazing if it will be taken care of.
