My Loft 4 You Ruzafa Style II

I really liked the location of this apartment. It is situated in the heart of the city, very close to bus and metro stations, and just a few minutes' walk from the city center. The apartment is spacious, and it also features a balcony.

On the downside, the access to the apartment involves very narrow stairs, although this would not necessarily be an issue on its own. Unfortunately, the main problem was that the apartment was not properly cleaned. There was dust everywhere, to the point where you would start coughing after spending some time inside. The bathrooms had mold, and since the apartment has a more “rustic” style, the wooden floors made loud noises whenever you walked around. Overall, the cleanliness did not match what was shown in the photos. Additionally, we were provided with only one set of towels per person, one body towel and one face towel, and if you wanted fresh ones, there was an extra charge. There was indeed a washing machine available, but realistically I am not sure who would use it during a short city break of three to four nights.

Die Lage ist sehr gut zur Metro und zur Altstadt, man gelangt schnell überall hin. Einige tolle Frühstückslokale und auch Restaurants in der Nähe. Supermarkt schnell erreichbar. Zwei Bäder sind super bei 5 Personen, gute Ausstattung. Auch gute Küchenausstattung.

Leider ist ein Nachtlokal direkt gegenüber sodass es, ab Freitag Abend (an den anderen Abenden war es ruhig) bis in die frühen Morgenstunden fast unmöglich war, zu schlafen. Auch die Zimmer nach hinten hinaus bekamen den Lärm mit. Sehr starker Modergeruch im Treppenhaus. Insgesamt sind sowohl die Eingangstür als auch die Schiebetüren zu den Bädern alt und sehr baufällig Leider ist am letzten Tag/Morgen eine Kakerlake quer über das Bett gelaufen, das geht leider gar nicht.

Bellissimo appartamento, dotato di ogni comfort, zona centrale, finestre insonorizzate, personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Un soggiorno al di sopra delle nostre aspettative.

It's a charming and spacious apartment in a wonderful neighborhood of Valencia. There are great cafes and shops all around. The train station and the Central Market are an easy walk.

There is a construction site nearby, however it did not diminish our enjoyment of the stay at all.
