the property didn’t have windows in the front instead it had these shutter looking things that didn’t really protect much , they had holes in them and you could literally hear everything outside, it was super loud. You could hear everything from outside but also from the other properties , people walking and talking in the above flats or just when they go up the stairs or come in the front room. we travelled with our 10months old son who got woken up almost every night due to noise from the above flat around midnight/ 1am. my partner also got woken up multiple times in the night due to the load noises

Great location in the bustling neighborhood of Russafa. Loads of great restaurants and bars nearby. Really comfortable bed and flat was as described. Great communication from hosts.

Opposite lively nightclub so I was woken around 4am both nights.

To our experience, check-in experience wasn't good. Our reservation was made one hour before we arrived to the hotel after a sleepless night due to international travel. As there are no human involved in this process and we need to get an email and code to a door and then code to some device to release the lock, we waited for 20-30 minutes from the staff through whatsapp until we could check-in. This is not entirely their fault as our reservation was done very shortly before we arrived but if we had human reception, we wouldn't have faced similar problem. I must admit that following this experience, we are now looking for hotels with human reception only. In addition, the room doesn't look as nice as it looks in the picture. The kitchen is well equipped but given the room's price, I would have expected basic stuff like coffee capsules/tea bags that you would get for similar priced accommodation. There was a lot of noise. Construction work nearby throughout the day and lot of noise during all night (unsure if from other rooms in the hotel or the street) Overall, for a couple, I didn't find this an attractive offer. It is likely more suitable for two couples that can each have a room of its own.
