Vivienda Vacacional Hábitat Tropical

De aankomst was prima, sleutel in de sleutelkluis en er stond een wijntje klaar. Wij gingen ons even opfrissen na de reis. We merkten na het douchen dat de handdoeken enorm stonken. Een bericht gestuurd, de handdoeken werden vervangen. Maar ook deze stinken enorm. Met de verhuurder was er geen oplossing te vinden. Wij hebben uiteindelijk alles zelf in de wasserette gewassen. Ook het beddengoed had een enorme rookgeur. Al onze kleding rook ernaar. De schoonmaakster is geweest, maar rook niks. Wij hadden er alle 3 enorm last van. Kies voor een ander schoon verblijf. De douche is ook enorm klein en de schoonmaakspullen die aan de muur van het balkon hangen is ook niet zo’n fris gezicht.

It's a lovely, clean and comfortable apartment in a fantastic location. The owner (although we didn't meet him) was very friendly and helpful, and responsive to messages.

This is not the owner's fault, but there was a noisy kid living in a neighbouring apartment who yelled every afternoon. Earplugs recommended if you enjoy a siesta!

L'apartament està molt bé, està net i és agradable. El personal molt eficient.

L'únic que no m'ha agradat és l'edifici en general, està molt descuidat i els veïns són bastant sorollosos, però per sort l'apartament està molt ben cuidat i això ho compensa!

Bien situado

La Urbanización algo antigua. La equipación de la cocina escasa.

Appartamento grazioso e pulito, attrezzato ed accogliente per 3 persone. Parcheggio condominiale con cancello elettrico e piscina, sono un valore aggiunto. A 20 minuti a piedi dalla Playa del Ingles e dune di Maspalomas, 3 minuti in macchina.

Complesso grande, un pochino rumoroso.

El complejo en general no me gustó el apartamento bien pero el edificio da signos de abandono

Gorgeous little apartment with everything you need for a couple of nights or longer. Very clean and well laid out. Lovely decor and accessories. Javier was very helpful in advance of our visit and very accommodating to our needs. We wished we stayed longer.

The shower is abit small if, like my husband, you are 6ft 3. Perhaps a wet room might be a better idea to accommodate taller / bigger guests however it was very clean. Would be nice to also have a toaster in the kitchen too aswell as a coffee machine for pods.
