Great location, everything is within walking distance which is a big plus in a place as big as Playa del Ingles. Also we really appreciated that soap, shampoo, coffee, salt, pepper and oil were all provided. As well as the welcome pack!

The pool looked nice although we didn’t use it. Beds were comfortable.

We were due to stay for 7 nights but left early to stay in a different accommodation as this was not as expected. Don’t be fooled by the photos, this property is in the middle of a busy local residential block. To start, the Instructions weren’t clear on how to get into the property, how to use key fob and what to look for - this was particularly difficult at night. One evening we got locked out of the first door of the apartment because the lock is not positioned properly in the door - a neighbour had to help us open it otherwise we would have been stuck outside of the property. The sounds from the courtyard echo meaning we could not sleep with the window open at night or in the afternoon if there was any noise. The window in the bedroom is tiny making the room feel claustrophobic. For our first night we were woken at 4:30am by a neighbour who was either drunk or high - this went on for a while until the police came this was really scary for us. The kitchen does not have an oven - only a microwave so you are limited in what you can cook if you didn’t want to visit a restaurant that night for example. The balcony is tiny again very claustrophobic.

The apartment is wonderful and it's in a great location and it made for an amazing holiday.

It needs an A/C in the bedroom but this is just a little thing.
