It was all great!

Everything. I’ve stayed at 8 places during my European trip and this was the best amongst all. The place was newly furnished with high quality facilities and everything was spotless!

The Location is good and close to bars and cafes

PERFECTION! we liked pretty much everything - the apartment is nicely located (within walking distance of both the Centro Historico attractions and Santa Justa train station), spacious and beautifully furnished, equipped with anything you might need:) the water pressure was amazing, beds comfy and we weren’t bothered by the noises from the outside or other apartments in the building. The staff was so helpful it actually exceeded our expectations - easy to contact and nice - overall, we would definitely stay there again!

there was a bit of smell in one of the bathrooms, probably coming from the pipes (you could strongly smell it on the corridor outside the apartment) but it didn’t bother us that much ; sometimes the hot water was running short in the morning but still, no concern for us:)

Location was ok but there was no parking available in the neighborhood so we had to park very far away.

The person who was supposed to give us the key to the apartment was 45 min. late in meeting us. We had to stand outside with our luggage in the dark. The communication system between Hommyhome personnel with us was fine but not so great with the person bringing the keys.
