Good location, clean, spacious, up to date

The only problem was not being able to get into the property before 3pm. However I knew this when I booked it and the staff were very helpful in telling me about lockers big enough to hold a suitcase only a few feet away.

Good location. Comfortable. Cleaners came in half way through stay to change towels. Dishwasher and washing machine tablets provided.

Bedroom door caught on floor but entirely minor detail.

Clean, walkable to many sights, quiet at night, the host was responsive

Not enough hot water to accommodate a family of 4. The hot water tank is quite small and requires reheating after each shower. The clothes dryer did not dry the clothes, rather, just made them less wet. This was disappointing as the ability to do laundry was a priority in my property search.

Top class property and excellent communication from the host. I was contacted before I arrived and kept in communication to be met at the property. The property was ideal location and was well fitted out. We never cooked anything but the kitchen had everything.

The location is super good, walking distance to all the attractions. The house is fully equipped, beds are comfortable.

The check in process isa little bit tricky. We informed the host we will arrive between 4-5 pm as flight arrived at 3:30, we are not sure about luggage/traffic condition. They keeps asking about what is the exact time we will arrive. So I sent them a message when we were waiting for luggage. Eventually we ended up waiting in front of the door for 20 mins.

It was very spacious and well decorated. Great for large families and priced very low.

Its a beautiful apartment/ condo but we thought we were booking a hotel and we had to wait until owner arrived to let us in. That took about 10 minutes and she was very kind but we still had to wait. There was hair in the tub and the bathroom smelled like a man with cheap cologne. The open shower was also a downside.
