Die Lage und der Zuschnitt der Wohnung sind sehr gut.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und vieles defekt. Nachdem wir erfahren haben das die Wohnung zum Verkauf steht, erklärt sich uns vieles. Die Wohnung verdient einen viel besseren Zustand. Ungepflegt und schmutzig. Sogar einen Aschenbecher mit Zigaretten fanden wir in der Schublade.

"this was our first visit to marina real.. perfect location but for the money paid the facilities should have been in ful"

It was so close to the port and all the bars and restaurants but we weren’t bothered by the noise as the apartment was at the back facing the courtyard and pool. We were allocated parking aswell which was really useful as the roads around the port get really busy. Been to Duquesa many times and this was the first stop at marina real. Would stay there again but maybe not in this apartment. Plenty to choose from

Roller shutter didn’t work and one of the bathrooms wasn’t good, shower didn’t work and the other guest with me said it wasnt clean. We reported the shutter as you couldn’t either open or close it properly and had to duck everytime to go out but nothing happened about it

"Great location, fabulous beaches, lovely place to visit"

The property was close to the pool, beach, bars & restaurants

When I reported the shutter was stuck half way up no one came to repair it. I know the day it was reported was a Bank holiday but the no one came the days after

"Great location but dirty apartment"

Location and car parking

Very dirty and a lot needs up dating ie kettle was full of limescale, concrete corrosion on walls which was over the floors. Then cleanliness…. Dirty toilet seat , dirty towels hanging on back of bathroom door. Toothpaste in the sink. I had messaged the property on arrival but I never heard anything back.

"10 day Golf Break"

The bed was comfy, kitchen and utility room was handy, easy access to the pool, quiet location.

The Wi-Fi was inconsistent and barely usable, air-con wasn't working properly or no instructions on how to set it

"As we mostly have driving holidays, we couldn’t come back here unfortunately."

The location was perfect. The marina outside the front door, yet because the apartment was facing away, you couldn’t tell there was a vibrant marina outside..

The underground garage was unusable for my big SUV. The space allocated was inadequate although there were larger spaces around.
