ISG Apartments The most Exclusive apartment in Sevillaparking

Im grossen und ganzen eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Von der Lage her einmalig. Besser geht es nicht. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und sauber. Die Aussicht auf die Kathedrale ist ein Traum....besonders in der Nacht.

Die einzige Kritik ist der Zustand der Dachterrasse. Ich war sehr enttäuscht, weil wegen dieser Besonderheit habe ich das Apartment gebucht. Von ausgebrochenen Bodenbrettern bis abblätterndem Mauerwerk und unreinem Poolwasser war alles dabei. Hätte gerne diese Unterkunft nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht...bin ein Sevilla Fan....aber unter diesen Voraussetzungen nicht mehr. Schade

Location is exceptional, just opposite the cathedral and Royal Alcazar. Many restaurants and bars within a few steps. The flat is on the top floor with lovely views all round. Roof terrace very special, nicely lit at night. Internet and smart TVs worked well if that is your thing. Air conditioning very effective. Very comfortable. Plumbing efficient, plenty of hot water, dishwasher and washing machine.

Instructions on how to access the flat not super clear. You are provided with a telephone number which will open the front door to the building. On arrival it was not clear which flat to access ...it is the one on top (6th) floor, but there are 5 other possibilities! Unfortunately the lift was out of order so lucky I am super fit for my age! You then operate the lock via the link provided, or can use a door code.Lift sorted out within a few hours but went down again gor a few hours a couple of days later. Furniture and fittings a bit quirky - three remote contollers for the air conditioners, only one of which seems to have a complete range of functions. Living room sofa beds not the most comfortable for sitting on. To turn off the wall lights you need to unscrew thr bulbs. None of these things should interfere with your pleasure in using the facility.

Not as nice as the pictures imply.

The view is spectacular! The apartment is clean and equipped with all essentials. The beds were comfortable. The location is perfect to walk the city. The terrace was amazing even for the cold weather. ISG helped me get into the apt when I couldn't find my code.

The couches are very uncomfortable.

The location of this property is unbelievable. So close to everything and the views of the Cathedral and entire city from both the lounge balcony and the rooftop terrace were incredible. The apartment itself was a little dirty with marks on the walls and only a minimum amount of utensils , plates etc. the kitchen was much smaller than anticipated and the cooking equipment limited. There was not any equipment at all in the roof terrace which was annoying as you had to carry everything upstairs via the very skinny and steep spiral staircase which was outside the apartment. You could not access this from within the apartment which meant that you used it less due to having to unlock the gate and go out of the apartment. The terrace was incredible and had so much room but the access made it less useable overall.

Две спальни и два санузла оптимального размера. Очень грамотная планировка. Быстрое и комфортное заселение. На удивление тихо, если не считать регулярного звона колоколов (но их в центре везде слышно).

Вода в бассейне на террасе была холодной. Не смогли воспользоваться в жару.

The location is fantastic—just a short walk to all the major attractions. The property is beautiful, and the views from both the rooms and the upstairs patio are absolutely breathtaking, especially of the Cathedral! The bed was firm and comfortable, the linens were clean and crisp. The host was also wonderful—very responsive and quick to address any questions or needs I had during my stay. Overall, the property was a heavenly oasis and after every outing, we truly couldn’t wait to return.

Just keep in mind, the property is located in a no-car zone, so you’ll need to carry your luggage from the drop-off point. However, once you get into the unit, it's all very well worth it.
