Incredible views, great location, spacious, modern and clean. Terrace was the highlight but the apartment itself has great views, great amenities and comfortable beds! 10/10 would recommend!

Fridge wasn’t working on the terrace and had to carry plates, glasses, cutlery etc up and down but nothing major.

We were given an address and a door code. The access to the building is limited by a large metal door. There is a solid and rapid lift which carries you to the appartment on the 6th floor. Keys were in the appartment and everything was spotless. The appartment was clean, bright and we found everything generally in good working order. Beds were quite comfortable and bedroom windows soundproof. Living room is beautiful and the balcony is dreamy, with 2 additional private balconies adjoining the 2 bedrooms, each spacious with thoughtful shelving. Kitchen was well equiped, bright, table and chairs clean. Views in the appartment were fantastic from every room. Bathrooms had amazing showers with plenty of hot water. Couldn't get enough of the terrace. Private, accessible for the rental only, spacious for a small group, comfortable seating, table for a meal, right beside the cathedral, fantastic sunrise and sunset views of the whole city. There is an unheated small pool that we did not use, but it was clean.

The terrace kitchen could have had a functional fridge and dishes/glasses for use. The terrace is accessible by a narrow circular metal staircase, about 15-20 steps, so not for everyone, especially someone with mobility issues. In order to have a meal on the terrace, it's not easy to carry everything in that metal staircase. There were some minor issues with maintenance, but the hosts were quick to respond. Parking is available but you need to carry your luggage up a steep car ramp, and a 2-3 min. walk, there is no direct access to the appartment.

The location was perfect and the terrace was absolutely amazing!

The only thing I can comment on is that the hairdryer was not working properly and didn’t heat up

Master bath privacy :) Would be good to have a cover that doesn’t require lowering the window shutters.

The view from the private terrace was stunning, and the apartment was clean and spacious.

Hands down the private terrace was the highlight of the property. It has the most spectacular view of the Sevilla Cathedral. It is large, spacious, clean - had a table, couch, loungers, pool. We loved spending time up there. However, the rest of the apartment was beautifully renovated and modern as well. Beautiful bedrooms, clean and modern bathrooms with rain shower heads. The service was also excellent - there is clearly care taken to ensure guests have a wonderful stay. They are responsive, kind and very professional. And a nice touch was the bottle of cava that they left for us - so lovely. This was an excellent find - we would definitely return and have already recommended this apartment to friends.
