The location was good and the communication with the host was efficient via WhatsApp with photos of key collection and passcode sent to us. It was good to have a toilet upstairs next to the living/kitchen area and the air con in the living area was very good.

We did not realise that there would be so many steps getting down to the property and although we managed I think having something in the description about the steps outside and also in the property would be beneficial. The bathrooms all smelled a little damp and I think could have been cleaner - some black mould starting to appear. There was nowhere to hang your towels in 2 out of the 3 bathrooms and only one bin that worked. The air con in the bedroom with the double bed did not work very well. The safe was not very secure and we could not use it. There is full sun on both balconies all day - an umbrella or some shade would have been useful.

Good location and very clean.

The only thing the accommodation lacked was a guide in what to do i.e how to use things, like hob, lights and whether we needed to get rid of rubbish etc. also some help with what’s nearby. Honesty about third bedroom - very small!
