This property is in a fantastic location in the Fariones area. It is very secure and quiet at night. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and the rituals products were a lovely touch. It has everything you need for a family to stay. Housekeeping came during our stay and we got several phone calls from management office to check everything was to our liking or to see if we had any issues. Would highly recommend staying here

The communal pool is not that clean. We decided instead to pay a small fee to use the pool and gym facilities right next door at the Centro Deportivo Fariones which I would highly recommend. There are steps down to the property so it’s not suitable for someone with mobility issues

there was a horrible smell from the drains in the main bedroom’s bathroom 🙁but everything else was lovely

"high spec apartment in great location"

pros : comfortable, high spec , great location , secure gated complex , helpful reception and maintenance staff. tvs in 2 bedrooms and main living area including Netflix , hi tech lighting control systems , great WiFi, well equipped kitchen , washing machine , well furnished

cons : no safe deposit box - I asked about it twice but never got a response. was told room would be cleaned every 2 days. after 3 days I called reception and it was then done. cleaners called again 3 days later the day before we were due to check out - twice in a week . flies - main bedroom was infested upon arrival - we didn’t leave any windows open. - maintenance were prompt and treated the issue and left a plug in device in bedroom - this continued to kill lots of flies on a daily basis - don’t know where they were getting in !

bad smell from downstairs toilet pool area very shabby no umbrella downstairs or by pool
