The apartment is close to transportation and all amemities. Only 10 mins to centre of Seville by bus. The host is amazing, very helpful and friendly. He met us by the bus stop to take us to the apartment. We will definitely stay again when we return to Seville.

We spent a fantastic few days in this apartment. It is modern, clean and fully equipped with everything that you might need during your stay. The apartment is in a quiet residential area but close to all means of transportation and all amenities. However, the highlight of our stay was the host, Carlos who was extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay. I highly recommend staying at Carlos' place when visiting Sevilla. We look forward to coming back soon ☺️.

"Good enough appartment in a questionable neighborhood"

The appartment itself is ok. There is nothing really wrong with it and you have evertyhing you need, although it is also nothing special.

The neighborhood where it is located is strange. The streets are full of dog shit, it is literally everywhere. It is very noisy also. The building with the appartment is old, dirty and stinky. Overall relatively poor price-performance ratio.
