Absolutely fab apartment, clean, comfortable and a great host. Met us and showed us the free parking across the road, local shops, bars and restaurants all close by. Public transport across the road and only 10 mins to centre of seville. Football stadium 10 mins walk. Carlos gave us all directions and tips to make our trip the best!!

Well furnished renovated apartment, that acccomodates 4 people well. the host was Absolut the highlight thoughh, super helpful with the day to day things but also with the city's tips, tricks and recommendations.

Building common area had a bad smell and the beds weren't comfortable. also the apt area was not as welcoming.

Our host, Carlos, met us at the railway station and took us to the property, as a bonus. It was unexpectedly nice of him and of great help for us! The apartment is modernly equipped with everything you might need, including two types of coffee filter. A bus station is very close, where we could take a direct line to the city center and to the airport. Also, we could buy food at the mall in the close vicinity.

Excellent apartment, very clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds. Carlos is a brilliant host, would definitely stay again.

Carlos was a brilliant host. Kind and helpful, always in touch with us. The apartment was faultless. We had everything we needed. The shower was the best ever. The streets were lined with lime trees and when we opened 1 of the windows, we could reach out and pull a lime off the branch. We managed to park our car right outside the door and left it there for 3 days. The buses run every 5 or 10 minutes straight to the centre. We took the 22 mostly and it goes all the way to the best areas in town. Near the apartment, there are a few good bars and a big Lidl store 2 minutes away. We highly recommend this apartment with a large comfortable bed and the other bedroom has bunk beds if you are travelling with kids.

We encountered a lot of walking beggars everywhere. Grown, able bodied men, some were quite persistent. Harmless, but like every major town/city always be vigilant.

Super host, helped with parking and local info. The flat was very cosy and had all the essential. Located next to several bus routes to the city centre.

convenient for groceries, free parking was appreciated even if it wasn't close to the apt.

could here the pet walking at night from apt above, noisy in the morning with the outside door being open and closed as other tenants went to work, some at 6am. Water heater was very small, you must take a very fast shower or the next person will not have enough hot water to finish, and don't wash dishes before showering. Would have appreciated some basic cooking spices like salt and pepper.
