"Stunning view and brilliant location , just spoil by the very noisy building work on the block right next door."

The stunning sea view from the property was exceptional!

Upon arrival there was building work in progress on the block right next door which was very noisy!!!! This was not mentioned upon booking or when collecting the keys. It did spoil the stay as when sitting on the terrace it was very noisy ! This should have been pointed out before arrival !

Locatie en grootte van het appartement

Ingang lastig te vinden, ondanks dat wij al heel vaak in Salou zijn geweest. Achterstallig onderhoud aan balkon en pand. Ik zou het in de zomer niet voor die topprijs huren

Emplacement idéal lorsqu'on ne veut plus prendre la voiture durant le séjour. Tout est à proximité : plage, resto, commerces, taxi. Appartement immense bien agencé. Literie très confortable.

Pas de place de parking. Impossible de prendre les escaliers a la sortie de l'immeuble pour aller vider les poubelles car portillon fermé. Équipement ménager ultra sommaire, pas adapté pour un appartement pour 6/8. Pas de bouilloire, pas de grille pain, pas de plat pour le four. Réfrigérateur sans clayette, impossible d'y laisser une bouteille de vin ouverte!

"Apartamento grande y perfectamente ubicado"

Ya había estado hace unos años en este apartamento, la ubicación es inmejorable y el tamaño del apartamento es increíble para un grupo grande como el mío. Por las calles posteriores suele haber aparcamiento y a partir de las 23.00 /23:30 se calma el ruido de la calle y se puede dormir perfectamente. Tiene algo de menaje, dejan una pequeña bolsa con productos para lavar los platos... Las camas son cómodas e incluso el sofá cama no está nada mal, hay diferentes almohadas más blandas, más duras...dejan suficientes toallas...las habitaciones son muy amplias, hay mucho espacio.... En general es un buen apartamento que necesita un poco más de mantenimiento sobre todo en los baños.

Es una pena que ese maravilloso apartamento no tenga un mantenimiento mejor, una de las duchas no regula bien la temperatura y no se puede usar, la otra ducha tiene el manguito roto y se sale el agua fuera de la mampara... Los baños necesitan un mantenimiento urgente.

Le cadre de vie est magnifique.

La vétusté du mobilier extérieur. Pommeau de douche et réglage de la température de l'eau. L'état des menuiseries, portes et barillet de la porte d'entrée.

Manque d'équipements pour cuisiner.... Pas de plat pour le four ni d'essoreuse à salade par exemple
