,las llaves se entregan a las 5 que ya es muy tarde, nos las dieron a las 6 y diciendo que ellos no tenían la culpa, quién entonces??.la fianza de 400 euros exagerada La puerta de entrada casi no se abre, la cafetera no funciona, faltan piezas en el baño, las sabanas sucias, el inodoro sin precinto, las puertas de la terraza no se pueden bloquear, una falta de mantenimiento exagerada que solo se aguanta por la ubicación

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! NIGHTMARE FROM THE START! Upon arriving at the reception to collect keys, VERY rude woman at reception (15 minute walk from the apartment). When we got to the apartment, there was a crack in the glass table that we were later accused of damaging (company are thieves) when we tried to report this as soon as possible we were ignored and later charged upon leaving Spain. Finally booking.com refunded us as they themselves knew that the company had set this up to scam tourist. This money was stolen from my 80 year old mother which has caused her extreme stress, they couldn't even explain the amount of money they stole when confronted about it. We had the phone put down every time we tried to explain to the company about the issue and the following issues: Nobody checked the apartment upon arriving even though they required a €400 deposit. Broken shower hose Patio doors didn't lock (no security) Cracked table Dirty sofa No kettle or toaster (later found a broken kettle in the back of a dirty cupboard) Oven broken as no seal Terrible sewer smell from all sinks Fish smell No knives for cooking or prep No trash bags Fuse kept going when washing machine was on NO AIRCON IN MOST ROOMS only living room even though it is advertised as in all rooms. Seals gone in shower so would flood. Towels were hand sized not fit to use. No double bed in main room only two singles pushed together. Dodgy electrical sockets that were not up to standard. These are only a few of the issues. Main one being scammed out of €200 for pre existing damage!!! I have stayed in Salou for many years in many different apartments and NEVER had an issue like this. I have spent a month trying to get our money back they stole. Upon reporting they promised to come in 15 minutes - they never came to sort any of it! We walked back and forth to explain and the woman shouted at my 80 year old mother "I NEVER SAID THEY WOULD SORT IT TODAY!" After pretending not to speak English.

Loved the location and size of apartment

We had an issue with both showers not working for whole off stay. Contacted them and not fixed. Used one shower that half worked for full off holiday.
